Telephone assistance

This symbol can be visualized as a telephone with some lines that represent that a place has a telephone signal.

Obviously if a line is crossed, it is understood that there is no good telephone reception in that place.

This signal can appear in places with little traffic, or in places where there is telephone maintenance.

On very old roads these symbols can be seen.
